Expired products

1. For 1st semester refunds, products are accepted from 1/4 to 20/4. For 2nd semester refunds  from 1/10 to 20/10. Medicines that have expired in the previous six months or those that are about to expire in the next six months will not be accepted.
2. No medications damaged or medicated without authenticity tapes (vouchers).
3. Refunds to vouchers without a voucher are not accepted. Coupon paraphrases only after contacting the refund manager.
4. Refunds due to a wrong order, regardless of fault, are accepted within two (2) days of their pricing.
